How much is shipping? I ship for free in the continental USA [48 states]. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please contact me with your address for a quote.

Do you Export? I can not export bikes outside the USA, due to my sales agreements with my suppliers.

Can we ship to APO? Since the change in USPS regulations, we cannot ship to APO as it is now considered an export.

Do I pay sales tax? I only collect tax on shipments within Florida.

Why are your prices so low? Since I buy way more than any bike shop, I pay much less. Since my overhead is way less than a bike shop's, I can charge much less. Simple formula: high volume + low overhead = low prices.

What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Amex, Discover, MC and Visa. In addition, we accept money orders and bank checks.

Are your bikes the same quality as in a bike shop? YES. In fact, many are the exact same bikes. And all of my bikes are made in the same factories as bikes you see in bike shops.

How are the bikes shipped? The bikes are shipped UPS ground insured.

Will my bike arrive assembled? Bikes are shipped professionaly packed with pedals, handlebars, seat, and front wheel removed. The brakes and deraileurs will need minor adjustment. It takes me about 35 minutes to setup a bike that is shipped in this manner. It is very easy to do. [some customers take their time and spend about an hour] 90% of my customers do it themselves however, if you feel it is beyond your expertise or you prefer to not fool with it; A fair price at a Bike Shop is $35 to $40 in most areas of the country.

Does my bike have a warranty? SPORTYMAMABIKESHOP is an authorized dealer for each brand of bicycle sold on this site. Each buyer receives a full and valid warranty with their purchase. There are no warranty cards to fill out and send in to the manufacturer. We register each warranty with the manufacturer once payment has been received.

What is the return policy? SPORTYMAMABIKESHOP offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, lets us know. Please email for return instructions.

Is your site secure? Of course, we would have it no other way. Your information is secure and encrypted. In addition, we do not ship to any address other than the confirmed billing address.

Can you help me choose the correct size bicycle? If you would like assistance with choosing the correct size bicycle, please send us an email containing your height, inseam and the model bicycle you like. We can help suggest the correct size to order.
